Shared learning and connection

Group Work

Group therapy can help you notice relational patterns as they unfold, gain insight through shared experience,  and practice new ways of relating to others.

Types of Groups

Different groups serve different purposes. Here are a few common types:

Therapeutic Groups

Clinically focused groups that support emotional or relational change through guided process, reflection, and interaction.

Educational Groups

Structured spaces for learning, discussion, and skill-building around relationships, communication, and other focused topics.

Support / Process Groups

Shared spaces for reflection, connection, and learning from others with similar experiences.
